The Odesa factoty of Rubber Technical Products was founded on April 15, 1944, with the aim of supplying the Black Sea Shipping Company during the Great Patriotic War. After the war, the plant successfully developed and underwent reconstruction. The basic products under the USSR division of labor system were various types of ship shock absorbers (AKSS, KRM, ADPN, etc.).
